Tisser L'Intimité: a restrained site, and appointments booked online with no middleman
Site for a sex therapist, with online booking and appointment management: a restrained setting, a discreet way in and a diary she runs herself. The reason for the consultation is intimate, and so is the person booking it. The whole site is built around that.

Background
Tisser L'Intimité is the practice of a sex therapist based in Vienne, Isère. Appointments were booked by phone and by text: calling back between sessions, offering slots, writing them down, moving them.
It worked, but it cost time at every step. And it left out the people who will not ring up about this particular subject.
What was needed
A site that reassures first. On an intimate subject, the tone, the words and a restrained layout matter as much as the content. Nothing salesy, nothing promised.
Then discreet booking, which forces no one to call or to explain themselves, and a diary the practitioner runs on her own, with no platform standing between her and her patients.
What was delivered
Presentation pages written in a restrained register: the approach, how a session goes, the fees, how to reach the practice.
A booking module built into the site, with email confirmation and reminder, and a privacy policy to match. The reason for a consultation is health data, so the site never asks for it.
Technical choices
The booking module is hosted on the site itself. No appointment data is handed to a third-party platform, and patients' names do not end up in a commercial directory. The forms are cut back to what it takes to fix a slot, and nothing else.
WordPress is the base so the practitioner can adjust her copy and her fees herself, and the slots are managed from that same interface, with no second tool to learn.
Since then
The practitioner runs her diary and her content on her own, without going through me.
Maintenance and support remain available if she wants them, without the site depending on them.
